The Poroti Tavern is a great Country Pub just 15 minutes northwest of Whangarei.

Just 7.5km down Mangakahia Road, the Poroti Tavern is a historical pub, family owned and operated for a warm and friendly atmosphere. Newly renovated, you’ll find a comfortable place to relax.

French doors open to a deck area, and we often host popular bands. Our recently refurbished Sports Bar has pool tables and pokie machines, and a large comfortable area to relax.

We do great coffee and cakes. We also have a wholesalers.
